Thanks Robert. I figured out what makes the Black Tree stand out to me; it's the helmets. They just don't have the same shape as the Artizan I have, nor from the photo, the Crusader or Foundry.

Yeah, the helmets and faces are the weak points of these figures. They do look better painted, but I haven't painted any yet. It surprises me how well the Crusader and Foundry match-up.
I hate to put this here with nothing constructive to add to the discussion at hand as I know nothing about fallschirmjager figures. But, can I just say that I LOVE your workspace as pictured at the top of the page. It is what I will aspire to in my painting and modeling future!
