Finished up a 10 man Sternguard Vet squad. This unit has the 5-man box from GW and then the rest are filled in with other vets or custom models. This project took way too long to do but they turned out nice.

Spectacular! I love the marine with the small mace! Really nice touches on that one.
These are very well painted. I Love the way they feel dirty and used while at the same time being clean paint jobs without the over-washed look that prevails on "dirtied down" marines.
consider me envious.
They look really nice, i have decided on a similar paint scheme for my marines "sons of orar" which were one of the small fluff chapters from the codex.
Would you be able to post up a small guide to how you did them - just the steps etc?
I am really, REALLY liking these. The colors are spot on and really look fantastic together.
Excellent work! Inspiring, even! :)
Good looking squad. I just love the sternguard models. And interesting take on the combi-flamer too...
Nice job, although be careful, metal marines in a sock are deadly :P
